503 Service Unavailable more than 48 hours

Hello,
I have Wordpress instalation and can't access my admin panel from more 48 hours. I'm getting error 503 Service Unavailable. This happened to me and other times, but after a few hours has been fixed. What is a problem now and what is due to error?
