Please please please help i just rigistered an account with x10hosting and installed a smf forum and as soon as i open the link to the index.php i recieve this

[h=1]503 Service UnavailableThe server is temporarily busy, try again later!

yes cuz i was trying to upload phpbb forum but its just alot of hassel now .... i might just end giving up on this service and try another i herd alot about 10xhosting from a friend thts why i came and rigistered ... why would i recieve that error anyway ??
