503 Service Unavailable

I had just created my website a few minutes ago, uploaded Joomla 3 and added a template. When I try to save settings in Joomla, I keep getting 503 error. Why is this? It seems to only happen when I try to save my work.

They were gone for a while, but it seems like they're back. I'm getting them again too.

Same problem...
I gave up on x10 after my site lost all of it's 3300 visitors/day...
And now i came back to give it another shot, and it's happening again.

Great, now i got suspended because someone made a false copyright claim...
And for some reason x10hosting didn't believe my appeal. So now i can't access my files.

Anyway, it seemed like the issue went away for a while. It only happened for about 4 hours or so. At first i thought the issue occured with SQL databases only, but the minimal script i have posted above is pure PHP. I hope this can help.
