"508 Resource Limit Reached" But Logs Say "No Activity"

Site has been returning 503 and 508 lately. Resource usage page says "You had 1024 I/O usage out of 1024 max I/O usage allowed" but after clicking "[Details]" I see "No Activity" for Today, Yesterday, and the last 7 days. Any ideas?

I had the same problem.. I think x10 hosting is wonky lately.. I had that problem twice in the last week. Seems to be up/down.
