now I can't access to ftp account.

now I can't access cPanel.

is stoli server down? or just me?

are you trying to reset it? please don't delete my files. thanks.

Please check your cPanel's File Manager and make sure the permissions on your public_html allow writing by the user. (It should ideally be at 750.)

Also, administrators will never delete your files without your consent.
