552 Disk full - please upload later

Hi I know the forums are full of similar entries but most have no replies and the one I have looked through seem to have been fixed by admins only. I get the error 552 Disk full - please upload later when I use ftp yet I am able to upload through cpanel file manager. Can this be fixed please, I normally use ftp and not cpanel. Thanks.

I now have access by ftp again:wink: -but I got no explanation from admins. I logged on today to see if there was any update and the thread was closed by someone, the same someone I guess who sorted out the problem. Any one else having this problem then it looks like you need to do the same thing and open your own support ticket then keep checking until the problem is sorted.
