Hey
Looks very very Sureal-Media inspired to me. Try another brush/colour overlay on the render as it looks pretyt dodgey. Perhaps a layer mask?
Also do something with the header background, it looks blank and ugly in comparison to the nice blended effects in the rest of the template. Perhaps more reners or some fractal/abstract brushes?
