There's some mistake I have uploaded a page looking like gmail but its not meant for phising, neither did I send any links to anyone. Please review this suspension as some crucial data is hosted on other domains.

Phishing websites upload pages like that. Even with what you say in the quote above, and there's no possible way for us to believe something like that, you've admitted copyright and trademark infringement as well by uploading such a page. That is also a zero tolerance suspension. Are you sure you still want another review of the account? Because I can bet that the suspension will stand if they find that gmail page you admitted to uploading.

actually I'm a newbie here , I understand that I hv broken the rules, at least I may be allowed a read only access to my files so that I can move my files somewhere else.
I'd be really grateful for this action, although I still admire the service but since I hv broken rules I understand this.

If your Account is suspended for a reason that is listed in zero-tolerance policy then your account will not be unsuspended. It will be terminated after 14 days and you will not get your data back.

The list of suspensions that are included in zero-tolerance policy.

◦ Copyright Infringement
◦ Phishing sites
◦ Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)
◦ Malware and all other malicious files
◦ Pornographic material, erotic images, and all other adult content
◦ Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)

If you believe you have been wrongly suspended, please create a support ticket to submit an appeal.

Please please unsuspend my a/c, it isn't showing any reason, I didn't do any phising, why don't u people understand???, is there any complaints, reports etc against my a/c???

You admitted to uploading a gmail page. That IS phishing. It is not allowed and against the law. Your account will remain permanently suspended.

We are repeating the same answer because you keep asking for the same thing. You are not going to get any of your files back on a zero tolerance suspension.
