First things first... I tried to login to my account page at x10hosting.com and got this:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

What's up with that?

Then I go to post this question in the level-2 forum and it tells me I don't have sufficient priveleges to access that forum. Last time I checked, I had a level-two account. What's up with that?

What is this level 2 account you speak of? Did you sign up for one? When was the last time you checked on this? I've never heard of such, and you haven't either. Level 2 support is for people who need more support than an account manager can give. It makes it easier for the necessary staff to find your post. Otherwise they would have to read through 1,000's of petty and mean threads (for example: yours) to find the people who honestly have a problem. You can't actually post a thread in level 2 support, an Admin will move you there if necessary.

I believe you are more than fine where you are in regular support, especially since your problem has been answered. These problems stem from server reformatting. They are aware and working on this problem. It isn't going to be resolved until it is, and complaining is only going to make the Admins (who are working for free) upset.

I love this place. I can tell you one thing, if there is a post telling you about server maintenance, then you can bet any problem you have stems from that issue.

Your account seems to be down, due to the server changes. You will have to wait until all the work on the servers has been completed.
