[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] appears when code editing in php

hi in the file manager when i create a php file and i code edit it, when it loads i get this message: [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] then when i click that message it turns into a pink box and displays this message:

Template::Exception:
[TYPE]=[file]
[INFO]=[_ajaxapp_header.tmpl: not found]
[TEXT]=[]

ever since that came out i can no longer edit my code like i will change my code and it won't save nothing happens when i click the save button, also i tried creating a new one a new php file, even when the file is new and blank i still get the same messages... don't know what happened....
