i am having troubles getting to the cPanels log in screen and to the url for my site

its is almost an hour new

Primary Domain:http://therevenge.elementfx.com

cPanel URL:http://therevenge.elementfx.com:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Free

i hope you can help me with this problem

"Welcome to your new x10Hosting.com hosting account." page?
