A few problems with Stoli

I've been having a few problems with Stoli lately.

1). I can not login or connect via FTP right now, even though the FTP service is online.

2). My site frequently stops loading, even if Apache is still online.

3). Apache goes offline WAY too much. I made a PHP script that sends a text message to my phone every time Apache goes offline. Yesterday I got 13 text messages saying Apache went offline.

4). My site often loads very slow because of the server load. Is there going to be a transfer back to Vox for the people that had Vox?

I am losing visitors to my site because of these server instabilities. If you, x10, could fix these issues I would be much obliged.

We are working on the issues. When Apache goes offline it's for less than 30 seconds for 99% of the time. This is due to account terminations and the additions of new accounts. So having it send you a text every time it does a "NORMAL" graceful restart seems like would be wasting text time.

Once we get the abusers and unused accounts off the servers "Apache" restarts will become less frequent.
