I really need some help here. For the past few days, whenever I try to access my website, I get a 500 Internal Server Error, but if I refresh the page it works fine. Most people wouldn't know to refresh the page, so how do I fix that?
The second thing plagues me from time to time, but not as bad as the 500 error. I get a page that looks like this: http://img641.imageshack.us/img641/5107/websiteproblem.png
This popped up right now when trying to go to kos.slycooperfan1.co.cc, but slycooperfan1.co.cc works fine.
EDIT: Forgot to mention. I've cleared both my DNS and my Firefox cache. My hosting account uses Starka, and I've heard that it's the worst one...
