You can fix the problem.
I tried to log on to my account this morning and also found, as many of you did, that sign in kept failing. So, I decided to find an alternative way to access my account.
Try loging in here: https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess9508997707/frontend/basic/filemanager/
Your username is your sub domain (without the x10Hosting bit) with x1, x2, x3 ect. at the end.
Your password is your account password.
It worked for me.

Thanks x10 for seeing this.

issue #1
FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and making forums post-:- and logging into your own website - do not count
all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
###

issue #2
currently we can not log-in at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

Thanks for your advice but I login into https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login on a regular bases - once a week, which is more often than the minimum of once a month requirement - I logged in with no problems last week. Still - I can not do that now - for no apparent reason. I hope that they address this issue soon.

Yes. But some people wouldn't know how to get to their website any other way then going through the front page.

Also, just an FYI - I never received any "no activity" warning emails from x10hosting. So how do we enable our accounts now?

Tried my user name and email on the cPanel link with all sorts of x1,x2,x3, etc. - nothing works.

you need to know which server your account is on to make this work

I am on xo1, so I can access my cPanel directly through xo1.x10hosting.com:2083

just replace "xo1" with the server you are on and it should work, I don't know if this affects the "no activity" counter on your account though

I see, thanks. The question, though, is how do I know which server I am on, :0). Trial and error?

Here is what worked for me. So that people do not think that I am advertising my site, I will use a stand-in name like "xyz".

Say, my website name is xyz.elementfx.com because that is where my real site is - at "elementfx.com". Next, in a browser's tab I typed in "https://xyz.elementfx.com:2082/" and hit "Enter". A cPanel screen showed up. I entered my normal credentials - user name "calloc" and password and was able to log in.

Now, there is no indication of suspension - can't really see any sort of notice anywhere. Everything else seems to work but the "Settings" link in the upper right corner. Quite mysterious.

I am concerned this is the end for x10 as you can't sign up for new accounts either. Managed to get into Cpanel as the first posts said, had to go through my emails for the right address and username.
Now backing up my site just in case but I have an awful feeling :(
