a frustrated user

I just want to vent my frustration about the way x10hosting manage
users account.

1. My web pages were inaccessible for about a week and I hadn't seen or
received any notification prior to the transfer of data
2. After the move was effected I found out that all my files were deleted
3. I was given a ticket to follow the progress on the resolution of the problem
However I could access that page: my login wasn't accepted (as well as
my login to the cpanel). I tried to reply to the message to signal this
4. Today I got a dozen messages saying that
a) my ticket was closed
b) my files were deleted for good

After this experience (and a few other problems prior to that) one cannot say that
x10hosting is one of the most user-friendly web hosting services around

There's been a few problems recently, it's not normally this bad.

Hang on for a bit, they're nearly all fixed.

It's great when it's working, and it's never been this bad before :)


And concerning notifications, it's called the News and Announcements forums..

I am in the same boat now, everything was deleted. And Its eventually going to be transferred back. They are doing a good job, but there is alot of work.

My site has been offline for a few weeks now and I probably lost all of my loyal viewers...so I will probably start from scratch again. :(
