I just want to vent my frustration about the way x10hosting manage
users account.
1. My web pages were inaccessible for about a week and I hadn't seen or
received any notification prior to the transfer of data
2. After the move was effected I found out that all my files were deleted
3. I was given a ticket to follow the progress on the resolution of the problem
However I could access that page: my login wasn't accepted (as well as
my login to the cpanel). I tried to reply to the message to signal this
4. Today I got a dozen messages saying that
a) my ticket was closed
b) my files were deleted for good
After this experience (and a few other problems prior to that) one cannot say that
x10hosting is one of the most user-friendly web hosting services around
users account.
