I've seen the other topics but they don't seem to provide a clear answer to my question, one that has indeed been asked on various occasions but has never actually been clarified...
* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.
This is moderately confusing, if I develop a game am I not allowed to distribute it? I ask because I need a direct link for the BYOND client to download my games but there are no worthwhile free, direct-link file hosts(that I could find).
Everything I would be hosting would be my property entirely (not even PD/etc) and there would be links on my site to the HUB Entry for the downloads, would this violate the TOS?
