A lot of downtime or just me?

I've had my site go down 9 times in about 24 hours; a couple times lasting 2 minutes, other times 17 minutes.

I can't be the only one right?!

The site just doesn't load, constant spinning favicon with Chrome. I'm using Jetpack monitor in Wordpress, so it's those notifications I am receiving about the site going down.
