Dear Gentleman,

Im trying to setup a OPENCART page in my HOST but when a person make a purchase I get the following message (see message).

This happens when a coustomer makes a purchase and I automaticlly should receive a message regarding the new order but I just receive the following. Also my client doesnt receives any email.

But when I try to update a invoice my coustomer receive the email and also me.

Hope you can help. Im looking forward to upgrade to the payed version.

You may need to use an email that uses one of your domains. I cannot be sure but i believe we do not allow outgoing mail if the domain of the mail isn't one of the users cpanel domains.
IE sales@yourdomain.com

I tried using a EMAIL I registered in my cPanel but Im still getting the same error. Maybe there´s a spam issue?

Hello,

Have you tried using your x10 E-mail to receive the actual e-mails?

Hey you guys!,

Thanks a lot for helping me out. I dont want to be a bother to you guys.

So, I accesed my x10 email and tried to send an email to my self and I received this error:

Message not sent.
Server replied: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

550 Verification failed for <tucdkey@tucdkey.x10.mx>
No Such User Here"
Sender verify failed

Any sugestions?
