A problem in building my own VB forum

Hi every one ,
I have copied my vb forum files to the site , but when I try to lunch the installation file I receive the following:

Warning: ignore_user_abort() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/beisan/public_html/forums/install/installcore.php on line 15

Can any one help me?
