A question about one of the banned sites

One of the banned sites, a file hosting type of site, what about a PC game purchase site, where when you purchase the games, you just download them? Such as Direct 2 Drive or Steam?

If you run everything the store on your account that is fine. You can't just host the files here. You also have to have permission from the each company that you are selling games from to be able to do this and be able to provide that proof to us.

Ok, thank you, I already knew all of the legal terms, but I was just wondering about the other part.
