A whinge on my account

After being unsuspended, I logged in today and got a lovely window that said this:

LINK YOUR HOSTING ACCOUNT
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

Pitiful thing was, I didn't even pick Ad-Enchanced, I picked Ad-Free! Even when I typed my cPanel username, I got

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Even when I know damn well it exists because I logged in with the same damn name!

Someone help?
