Hi there,
I made a bit of a mess on the site. Buddypress installation has rendered my wordpress site un-usable and I cannot even get back to the dashboard.
One solution I had is to ftp a backup of my site to the server, and re-writing the existing files, however I cannot connect to my ftp.
I have connected on previous ftp accounts hosted by x10, but with this site, there seems to be some problem, as I cannot use the passwords I created for the account. therefore I wonder if there is anyway to reset the password for my account? How would this affect the rest of my account?
I look forward to any help people can provide for this issue.
