About a domain in system

I registered a free hosting 3 months ago, but I wasn't used it so it was deleted. I've added an add-on domain (thptdongtienhai.com) to that host. Now when I add this domain to a new host (still in x10hosting), an error appear: "Error from park wrapper: thptdongtienhai.com is owned by another user.". And I can't log in cPanel of old host to delete that add-on domain. I hope Hosting Manager solves this problem for me as soon as possible. Thanks so much!

The Domain (thptdongtienhai.com) is added in addon domains of hosting account with cPanel username "thptdth" and it is linked with forums username "thptdth". This account is also suspended due to inactivity.
Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username "thptdth" and password. Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.

OR simply Login to forums with username "thptdth" and reply in this thread, Then I will delete that account from x10Hosting.
