About a name change...

Hi, I asked for my site subdomain name changes some days ago and you changed it,
this was the thread:

community.x10hosting.com/threads/can-i-change-the-name.189912/

but since now, nothing happens, I ask for this change: adh3d.x10.bz to kirandgus.x10.bz , but my subdomain is still adh3d.x10.bz

Anna (staff member) told me that it can be a delay, but this happened tuesday, Is it normal ?

Do I have to do something related to the name change ?

Something must have gone wrong, normal delay time would be somewhere around 15 mins. Should be sorted now I hope.

At least I see the new domain for your account now when I do a lookup.
