About an error

I was just making google searchs when i found your forum.
i have the same problem you got few weeks ago on th subject:

i want to know please how did you make to solve that problem ?

in fact: when attempted to connect to a forum with this kind of url ( http://forum.xxxxx.com ) it's work fine but not when we try it like this : ( http://xxxxxx.com/forum ) ?

in the second part, this error is mentionned:

Could you help me whith that please ?

That's because the domain of our forums are http://forums.x10hosting.com NOT http://x10hosting.com/forum. You would need to have a folder in the public_html folder called forum in order to get to the second URL.

i hink it's in the .htaccess modification don't you ?

I don't see an account linked to your forums account. Without that i can not be of much help.

Please provide cPanel name and domain name url.

lt just makes it hard for us to look into the account to see where you are going wrong. So not having an account and asking questions makes it a little more difficult. Not saying that we wouldn't help you. Just a little out of the ordinary.
