second: can anyone tell the way to active or inactive any modules?

Hello,

curl is installed and active on all free hosting servers, and I am not sure as to what you mean by your second question.

On #2 if you mean apache/php modules, we cannot activate/deactivate them by request as they affect the entire server. If there's one you need that isn't activated, we can't turn it on.
