About lifting country restrictions

Hi, I'd like to know how to address my petition to lift country restrictions or if there are further conditions that I'm not aware of. The country where I'm residing isn't in the black list and I've been using the service for considerably longer than 7 days.

I saw a thread where they were lifted for a user just by asking on the forum. (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/167949-requesting-these-limits-lifted.html)

I'd appreciate if you could lift the restrictions or provide any help.
