You mean you want us to link you to the rules that were linked to you right next to the button that said "I have read and agree to abide by the x10hosting terms of service" ?
Frankly, I'm stunned. You marked the checkbox that said you read it, thus lying to us. Now you expect us to send you the rules again?
Fine. Here's the parts you broke, I'll link the whole thing in full at the end:
* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.
* Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.
* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.
1) Youtube doesn't permit the downloading of videos from their site as per their EULA, making this Illegal. 2, it's a proxy when you read the code, because the script downloads the video and sends it to someone else. 3, it's file storage.
Here's the link you requested with our rules:
http://x10hosting.com/terms
And now the part that, I've been told, I love too much. You may have noticed the words "Permanent suspension" in your suspension reason. That's because we have -no- tolerance for proxies, illegal material, or file hosting. So there is one part of your request that I can't help you with - your account itself. It's permanently suspended, and you are no longer permitted further access to it. Period.
Next time when you agree to someones TOS blindly, just remember this case. Because you blindly agreed to it without reading it, you can't have the account back, ever. Enjoy the rest of your day.
