when i try to reach my web site it says:

even i got no access to c-panel....
how to overcome these problems...?

The first issue is because in that directory, there are no files (in this case, no index files).

You are on fris and your account is being moved to another server, along with other accounts on the fris.
So as soon as your site is set up at new location it will be up and running.

Oh yeah, it's 2083. My mistake.
