I have read a lot about php the different Versions of PHP at x10 Hosting.I have understood it so, that I have to send a request to You for getting a higher Version of PHP. For my CMS I've installed I needed urgently (shell_exec). Since the operation would otherwise be very limited. Also, I wanted to ask if I get a Payhosting at x10Hosting, can I get complete access to the php.ini File ? I hope that you will help me further.

Hello,

We no longer offer the PHP versions as we did before. The only way to get complete access to the php.ini file is via a VPS, and if you went that route if your new to linux, I'd recommend a cPanel VPS as it's far easier to maintain.
