At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.
may i make an arabic site
can you let me do it if as an exception

You can make an arabic site as long as you have an obvious link on your pages to a manual translation of all of your pages to English, Spanish or French.

Links to google translate or any similar service for automatic translation doesn't count and will still get you suspended.
