My sites working without problems few months.
Unfortunately my sites I could not see from the end of March (I can get:
Index of/ or 404 page) and also my email stop working.
I got information about server Starka maintenance and I was patient
few weeks and after that I started this thread and ticket. My ticket
is closed without any help or explanation. I opened new, but not
help until today ?!
Regarding thread I got only one advice from descalzo (to rename
my old folders to new names, different than they was many months ago).
I tried it, but it can fix visibility of web site, but not email (incoming or
outgoing).

Can anyone from X10hosting explain to me:
1- What is function of tickets in above case ?
2- What is function of forum/thread, if you don't maintain help/advice from
another users ?
3- Who is responsible about not working site in above case (I didn't change anything in
my files/folders, but someone do it during your maintenance) !?
I am expecting that it is normal to fix errors in files/folders if you change them,
specially if user start few tickets about problem. You can not be silence
6 weeks and can not close few tickets without any help/answer.
This thread is read more than 1700 times during 3 weeks!!
It is not common number!
Do you think that is correct to treat free users on this way ?
