Will we receive a reminder email 2 or 3 days before the 31rd day to get suspended, just in case?

Not at the moment, although there's been talk of the system getting that added in.

In the event that it does get suspended, you'd still have 10 days while it's suspended to go to your AIP and unsuspend it (inactivity is one of the suspensions where you can undo it yourself), so you've still got a buffer if you do miss it and realize it on the 32nd day, for instance


EDIT: Minor addition, when it gets suspended on the 32nd day, the files don't get modified/erased at all, so the account'll be in the same state as it was when it got suspended. Just wanted to add that on; there's been other hosts that clear everything as a penalty for being suspended.
