i am very interesting in this plan

Prime Upgrade for 12 Months =$4.95

but before i do the upgrade ,i need to clear two questions,

1. did this upgraded plan also have language limit ?

2. could i [ request to change ip for some reason?

In short - YES
all x10hosting's free-hosting accounts have this

3. Languages
At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

If IP = use my own domain - then YES
