Hi; my account on absolut was just migrated. It's a wordpress blog, and I understand that there's an issue with the MySQL database.

http://rectified1613nation.x10hosting.com/

However, although I can log in to my main account, I can't login to the cpanel either in a browser or via ftp in order to fix the MySQL problem as was posted on your main page as a fix.

Thanks

The Absolut migration is not fully completed yet. Should be soon.

Thanks for the response and follow up.

This morning I tried once again to login into the cpanel and received a new msg I've not received before:

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to fris.x10hosting.com:2083, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

Am unsure if this is my browser but the bottom line is I still can't login and hope things are resolved soon.

The server certificate for the Fris server has not been fully configured yet and this causing various warning messages to appear in browsers. It is safe to disregard this warning in this particular case.

Thanks for the reassurance; I added the exception and it took me to the login page, but my attempts to login are still failing.

Go to Account Panel

https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

change your password (it sets your Forum and cPanel passwords to the same thing) (when they ask for "old password" they are talking about your current Forum password).

Wait until it says it has processed your request. Try to sign in to cPanel.

Thank you, this allowed me to login to the cpanel.

I thought that there were mySQL issues, so I pasted the

int.fris.x10hosting.com

link into the remote mySQL.

However, the mySQL database as well as all of the files associated with my Wordpress blog are completely gone.

Any clues or advice?
