Absolut not resolved?

I have noticed the status says resolved, but nothing has changed. Unable to access cpanel, ftp or the main site as well. I have rebooted my modem, computer and cleared cache but still unable to get it to connect. Is there a reason for this?

The main domain hostingfeedback.net is not pointing to x10hosting by neither by nameservers nor Zone Records.

First you have to set the nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

OR
Add a A zone reocrd

point the hostingfeedback.net to 69.175.121.74

I need the main domain changed to appleireports.com, I have requested this 4 times already but have not even had any responses of support to get this changed. The control area to this is in does not work and spits out errors and will not finish executing the process.

What was the error it is giving while changing the primary domain.
