Yes this is a temporary problem (they are having DNS issues) and there is no estimated time of it being fixed as of now.

Depends what's causing the issue and how quickly x10 can get it resolved; given that it's a Sunday it might be a bit longer if it's something at their Data Center, but have faith - x10's not given up yet, I doubt they'll give up today
