Hi! The services which you're asking for is only for your computer network.
But, if you want a secondary DNS services, which is for your domain, please use this provider. You only need to pay about £10 a year for http://www.mtgsy.net or http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/secdns/ for about $11 or $12 I think...

Secondary DNS services are not free!

Opendns deosn't support secondary dns. They only provide DNS for faster surfing (internet) and filtering. Trust me...this service is not a secondary DNS provider.

Please use one of the services which I had given.

Thank you.

what is Master Nameserver IP? and where can i find it?

First, you need to register with their service. I would recomend http://www.mtgsy.net. However, if you are really stuck with their services, please take your time and talk with the staff online. The online chat is located at the right hand side...

2nd (your mater ip): the master ip is your first nameserver - NS1.X10HOSTING.COM [67.228.168.188]

Notes: please insert your domain then insert 67.228.168.188. After that, you'll need to add their dns nameserver. Then, you'll need to wait 24hrs for your new dns to park itself.
