I've learned to take it all in stride. Virtually all of the ADfree servers go down for a period of (usually) no more than a few minutes at a time. The frequency at which this happens, seems to be 1-3 times per hour. I've *guessed* that something may be intentionally breaking code, to stop resource hungry 'run-on' apps. Regardless... the easiest solution in the world! Open a second browser and navigate to the same webpage as your first browser window. (WHILE your site it up). You can use this page as a "preview page", using less navigation to view your changes (to see how it'll look to others). When your site does go down, you'll have the second browser still where you left it. Now you'll know exactly where you were, and what you were doing.... Get up, go grab a soda, or some juice... walk off some stress, and return to your computer, five minutes later, and hit refresh on your FIRST browser. If the browser finishes what you were doing, GREAT! if not.. give it another minute or two and try again. More often than not though, my second browser window sits on the server status page.
