I cant log in to http://x10hosting.com/account it says that my account does not exist.

The same problem with me i can login to my CPANEL and everything but not that!! Help me too please

I think they have serious issues on their servers.

Same here. My website works but the cPanel is totaly not working.

cPanel is up on ALL servers. The account panel had some issues but those have been resolved.
