Acc suspelded for high system resource usage

Hi,

My account has been suspended for high system resource usage, this has happened for a few times now and all I am doing is configuring my magento store.

I am keen to know how much of system resources does it use please. Also what is the additional fees to make sure that it does not happen when I go live with my website.

Please unsuspend the account asap so that I can work on my project.
