Access a mysql database in asp.net

HI i am using asp.net administartive service and i am setting up my "mysql" server in the program i enter my details and it has an erroer message when it try's to connect it is an error 40. and suggests that under default settings for mysql server it does not allow remote connections.

please could someone tell me how to do it

You need to PM me a static IP to allow on the firewall.
