Hi, Me to.

I must have joined just after you because my account access is 'https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083'. All I get when I try to login with the link is '[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]'. When I look at the hosting account management it tells me I have a max disc space of 2gig 0MB used and 0MB free. I've tried to login to my site using filezilla, can get on but cant upload any thing. Can any one help.

Usually, these issues were you can't login are temporary. Try again after some time and see if the issue goes away.
