Access Denied at phpmyadmin & Database error on my site! :(

i can't enter phpmyadmin, because i get this error:

Wrong username/password. Access denied.

i can't also enter my forum's index page because i always recieve "Database Error"

The  database has encountered a problem.                       Please try the following:

You are on Lotus server.
They just moved the mySQL database to a separate server and it seems that Lotus was adversely affected. You are not alone in your problem.
It is being looked into.

It looks like there are two problems with the Lotus config:
a. It is not using the MySQL users you setup (i.e. ones with suffixes), instead it is trying to use your cpanel username
b. It is trying to connect to int.lotus.x10hosting.com . Which doesn't seem correct as I believe the SQL server is now an independent server.
