Is that site hosted on x10hosting? If not, that's why. We don't allow remote mysql on free hosting.

I ask if it's hosted on x10 because we run linux servers and that's a windows file path.

nop, its not hosted by x10hosting,, but a month ago it worked,,

If it worked a month ago, it shouldn't have. I apologize that it may have, but remote sql is not enabled on free hosting.
