Access denied for user (SQL)

After the MySQL server(s) being updated or brought back up online. I am getting
Message: Access denied for user 'ragadmin_admin'@'stoli.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES)
for any part of the sql requests, even php requests.


Please help

Look into cpanel.. Is there any database listed???

Yes, there are 3 databases listed with the usernames associated to those databases
