Access Denied message for first time login to new account

I got this error message after my very first login after confirming my email.

Occured at this url: "/sso/signup/pending"

My domain is thehq.x10.mx

Are you using anything that could be hiding your IP (such as a VPN or proxy)? If so then try disabling it and try logging in again.

It appears that your account's hosting portion wasn't provisioned correctly.

Can you try to re-submit the signup with the same email address?
