i was able to connect to phpymyadmin earlier just fine, till just recently when i got the error
also when i switch themes back to basic, it says i dont have a website added when i know i do...

Have you tried deleting the PHPSESSID cookie for that page or reopening the browser so that you could get a new session generated?
From the looks of this, this could be either a permission issue or to do with storage and the fact that it can't write due to not having enough of it.
