Access denied while accessing MYSQL

I am getting follwoing error on opening web page --
Access denied for user 'digant07'@'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' (using password: NO)

Although i am using right password for Mysql.

You are on Lotus and Lotus seems to be having server wide problems with mySQL.
The Admins have been notified and should be working on it.
