Access Denied

Hey,

So I created an account during the migration and tried to start a new site but would get some form of errors which I soon discovered were due to the migration. Since the migration is over I now get a different error message. When I login to x10hosting.com I get redirected to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/signup/pending but when I then return to the x10hosting.com website I find I am now logged in and can access the control panel, well appear to be able to as clicking on that links me to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/signup/pending again. If I instead try to create a website with my existing account it will tell me the domain is available but will give me the following error;



Which is a bit uninformative. Just wondering if this is to do with a backlog of signups since the migration or some other issue?

Anybody got any theories I signed up at the beginning of the migration and its been nearly a day since the migration ended?

Signups for new accounts - have had some issues - a Admin needs to 'hit' the server again

I have had several people approach me after encountering this same error attempting to register a new account after I had referred them here.

Signups are still disabled after the migration period. They will hopefully be reopened soon, once we've fully recovered from the migration period.
